Natasha was born and raised in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Her parents are from the beautiful island of Jamaica. She has a seven year old daughter and a huge family that she enjoys spending time with.
Natasha B. Russell also known as, NBR, is the Founder and CEO of NBR Strategic Solutions. She works predominantly with entrepreneurs, leaders and CEO’s to help them transform their mind for the better, create healthy habits, boost their confidence and achieve their goals and dreams through a variety of coaching techniques.
As an International Certified Health and Life Coach, she specializes in mindset, communications, confidence, clarity, habit, and strategic planning coaching. Additionally, she is a certified Motivational Speaker who enjoys hosting events to empower entrepreneurs and youth to achieve greater success in life and business.
Natasha obtained a Bachelor of Communications in Public Relations with honours from Mount Royal University and has additional certifications in life coaching, health coaching, motivational speaking, crisis and risk communications, and online reputation management.
